Increasing influence! Founder and global director of Influence Women, Kathleen Cooke was invited to Washington DC this September to attend meetings of the White House Faith Office. She joined Paula White-Cain, Senior Advisor of the White House Faith Office; Karoline Leavitt, White House Press Secretary, best-selling novelist Bodie Theone, Christian women’s writer and international leader Lisa Bevere, and other key leaders gathered to share faith initiatives for the nation.

“Those in the Faith Office are championing religious freedom for all,” shares Kathleen, “and they are especially working toward policies focused on a biblical worldview.”
Kathleen was honored to speak on behalf of Influence Women and advocate for the need to support women creatives in their artistic endeavors. She was joined by Influence Women Prayer Coordinator Peyton Hoffman and Influence Women board member Caltha Seymour. Kathleen emphasizes, “It’s so important to support women working in media. We can change what we are seeing on our screens.”
Coming up – Congressional Meetings and a Faith Briefing at the White House Kathleen travels to DC again this October for a series of meetings, including an invitation to a national Faith Briefing at the White House and a Congressional breakfast for Women on the Hill.
As a past Congressional Women of Distinction, she will also attend a She Leads America Women of Distinction Reception and an international luncheon with She Leads America/UK delegates for conversations on how to bring cultural change through biblical foundations and a renewed Christian worldview.

51 Nations… and many lives impacted! Phil and Kathleen Cooke recently returned from Greece and a rare opportunity to inspire influential leaders in crisis management.
An invitation-only gathering of high-profile Christian leaders in ministry and in the marketplace, Phil spoke at the conference on the theme of his book, “Church on Trial – How to Protect Your Congregation, Mission, and Reputation During a Crisis.” He also hosted a panel that featured pastors, business leaders and an attorney to discuss crisis situations in the church and the marketplace.
Phil shares: “There were pastors and marketplace leaders here from 51 nations including Russia, Africa, Asia, India and the Middle East.” He adds, “I had a HUGE response to my session based on my book.”

Free Resource Offered Because of the tremendous response, Phil made his Church on Trial Crisis Management Masterclass available to these pastors for free. The online training will help these pastors and their leadership teams safeguard against crises – and if one does happen, prepare them to respond appropriately and positively.
The free resource represents a very practical and powerful example of how the mission of The Influence Lab plays out in the field.
The meetings in Greece was invitation-only for high-profile leaders.
Kathleen reports: “The joy of the Lord is our strength! As global leaders met in Athens, Greece, they shared stories of God’s protection, provision and miracles as challenges mount globally. Phil and I spent time with a pastor who has faced incredible opposition – including imprisonment – and has taken his church underground. Yet – his joy was unbelievable.
His story underscored the importance of The Influence Lab’s mission. We must continue training these pastors and ministry leaders to communicate the gospel through effective media and digital strategies as brick-and-mortar churches are threatened.”

Eastern Europe Media Trainings – Spain The year started off with meetings in Madrid, gathering with over 300 influential Christian and marketplace leaders from around the world. Then, Phil and Kathleen traveled to Valencia to conduct three days of meetings and teachings.
The attendees were from countries that included France, Spain, Finland, Romania, and Albania, with influential leaders from Christian radio networks, TV stations, and relief organizations working in Ukraine. Read the full report here.

In April, Phil and Kathleen Cooke met with media leaders working in the Muslim world in a confidential gathering. Representing countries like Cyprus, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco, the invitation-only gathering included leaders from SAT-7, a satellite network focused on the Middle East and North Africa, along with program producers, animators, and Christian educators from other nations – all producing Christian programming and resources for Arab and Persian audiences. West Africa – Church Media Summit 2024
Pastors and media professionals from across West Africa attended the 3-day summit in Accra, Ghana.
Almost 300 pastors, media teams, communications directors and TV/Film producers attended the 3-day summit from multiple nations across West Africa. Hosted by TheoVision International in Accra, Ghana, the summit was geared “to sharpen the skills of Christian content producers in Africa so they can creatively use new media forms to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ,” explains Philip Asare, the executive vice president of the ministry.
